About Us
We are a small “mom and pop” business, based in Homosassa Springs, Florida. We create a number of small craft and convenience items which are useful or decorative.
We are both retired and operate He Mea Iki Creations from our home.
A little about He Mea Iki. The name means “you are welcome”…”welcome” in terms of a greeting and in terms of a “thank you” for shopping with us. Inspiration for some of our custom items comes from the Live Aloha…a welcoming philosophy of treating others with respect and care.
Some of the items, such as the Christmas ball collection, are handcrafted, and each represents about three hours work.
Other items are produced with a 3d printer out of a thermal plastic material, and others are created with a laser to engrave, etch, or cut out a variety of materials. Please visit each “aisle” of the store to see examples of what we do.

Users of the website are allowed full, unrestricted use of the goods and services offered on the website. All users must be older than 18 years of age. No content other than that created by the owners of He Mea Ik Creations LLC will be posted on the website.
He Mea Iki Creations LLC and the owners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from accessing the website. He Mea Iki Creations LLC are not responsible for damage to goods incurred by a third party in shipping. In the event an item is damaged upon receipt, the buyer must inform He Mea Iki Creations within 3 business days of receipt. He Mea Iki Creations will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of order. Receipt of orders will be confirmed by email, and an email will be sent to confirm shipping. Items order will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the time of order. Most orders will be shipped through USPS at their prevailing rates.

He Mea Iki Creations LLC takes all reasonable measures to protect the privacy of users of the website and ordering of merchandise. The security of user information is important to the owner/operator of the website and will take all possible measures to safeguard any information.

- Market lists of persons using the website.
- Retain credit card information,
- Ask for sensitive personal information other than information necessary to ship an order
- Collect and retain sensitive personal information,
- Store information on a device connected to the internet.
He Mea Iki Creations LLC DOES:
- Retain certain pieces of information for accounting and tax reporting purposes,
- That information includes order numbers, items ordered and shipped, and cost breakdown (postage, tax where required, order total),
- Store the information on a device NOT connected to the internet.
On Line Purchase and Shipping Policy
Prices listed on our website are exclusive to on-line purchases only. All orders must b paid for in advance by credit card. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. There is no dollar minimum for on-line purchases and no order handling fee will be charged. Postage will be chargd for shipping.
Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and delivery zip codes. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction. Shipments will be made only within the United States.
We will email you both when your order has been received and when it has been shipped. If you do not receive an email, then your order has not been received.
We download orders during our regular business hours (M-F, 7:00AM to 4:00PM Eastern Time). Normally we will ship orders with 24-48 hours. Special orders items may take longer to process. Customers will be notified of any delay in shipping. All orders are shipped from our facility in Homosassa Springs, Florida.
Any claims for shortage or goods damaged in transit must be made within three (3) days of shipment arrival.
